Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each registered player and BetMGM. By visiting the website, opening an account, depositing funds, claiming a promotion, placing a wager, or otherwise using BetMGM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.

If you do not accept any clause, you must not register or continue using BetMGM. These terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling information. Where promotion-specific rules or game rules apply, those rules form part of this agreement for the relevant activity.

BetMGM provides online entertainment for eligible adults. Gambling involves financial risk and does not guarantee profit. Players should wager only amounts they can afford to lose and should never treat gambling as employment, investment, or a solution to financial difficulty.

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• “Account” means the personal player profile created to access BetMGM services.
• “Player” or “you” means an eligible individual who visits, registers with, or uses BetMGM.
• “Platform” means the BetMGM website, mobile interface, games, sports markets, account tools, and related services.
• “Wager” means a stake placed on a casino game, live dealer game, sports market, lottery product, or other available event.
• “Bonus” means promotional credit, free play, cashback, reward points, or another incentive subject to specific conditions.
• “Verification” means the identity, age, address, payment, and security checks requested by BetMGM.

Account Eligibility

You may create a BetMGM account only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and are permitted to access online gambling services under the laws applicable to you. Malaysian players are responsible for understanding their local legal obligations before using BetMGM.

BetMGM does not claim to be regulated or approved by any Malaysian government authority. Availability of the website from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or another location does not constitute legal advice or confirmation that use is lawful in that location.

Employees, contractors, game suppliers, and persons able to influence an event or outcome may be prohibited from wagering on relevant products. BetMGM may refuse registration where legal, compliance, security, or responsible gambling concerns exist.

Registration, Verification, and Account Security

A player must register using complete and accurate personal information. Your legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, email address, and payment details must belong to you. BetMGM may request supporting documents before accepting deposits, processing withdrawals, or allowing continued account use.

Each player may hold only one BetMGM account unless written permission is provided. Duplicate, shared, transferred, rented, or falsely registered accounts are prohibited. BetMGM may consolidate or close duplicate accounts and may review bonuses, winnings, or transactions associated with them.

You must keep your username, password, verification codes, and device access secure. Activity completed through your valid account credentials may be treated as authorised unless BetMGM receives prompt notice of suspected unauthorised access. Players must not allow another person, including a family member, to use their account.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

BetMGM must be used only for lawful personal entertainment. Players must not manipulate software, exploit errors, interfere with platform operation, use automated betting systems without permission, coordinate fraudulent wagers, launder funds, abuse promotions, or attempt to access another person's account.

The use of stolen payment instruments, false documents, altered screenshots, multiple identities, location-masking methods used to bypass restrictions, or funds belonging to another person is prohibited. BetMGM may investigate unusual activity and may delay transactions while a reasonable security or compliance review is completed.

If a pricing, game, settlement, display, or technical error occurs, BetMGM may correct the affected record to reflect the intended and objectively verifiable outcome. Players must not knowingly benefit from a clear malfunction or mistake.

Casino Games, Sports Betting, and Results

Casino and live dealer wagers are governed by the rules shown for each game. Sports wagers are governed by the displayed market terms and official settlement information. This applies to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, and other events available through BetMGM.

A wager becomes valid only after BetMGM accepts it and records it in the player's transaction or betting history. A request shown as pending is not necessarily accepted. Players must review stake values, MYR amounts, selections, odds, and potential returns before confirming activity.

BetMGM may suspend a market, void an affected wager, or correct settlement where an event is cancelled, abandoned, incorrectly described, affected by an obvious pricing error, or settled using inaccurate source information. Official results and applicable market rules determine settlement. Casino outcomes generated and recorded by the relevant game system are final, subject to investigation of a verified technical failure.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Checks

BetMGM may support MYR deposits and withdrawals through available Malaysian payment methods such as DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Availability, minimum amounts, limits, and processing times may vary by account, payment provider, and verification status.

Payment methods must be held in the registered player's name. BetMGM may return funds through the original payment route where practical. A deposit is not a transfer service and should be used for genuine gaming activity. Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns may require further review.

BetMGM may request proof of identity, address, source of funds, payment ownership, or transaction history before processing a withdrawal. A quoted processing time begins after all requested checks are completed and does not include delays caused by a bank, e-wallet, network, or other payment provider.

Players are responsible for checking transaction records and promptly reporting discrepancies. BetMGM may apply clearly disclosed payment limits or charges where required by a provider, but applicable information will be presented before the relevant transaction wherever reasonably possible.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Rewards

BetMGM promotions may include eligibility requirements, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, game contributions, maximum stakes, time limits, withdrawal caps, and excluded payment methods. A player must read the promotion-specific rules before opting in or using promotional funds.

Unless stated otherwise, a promotion is limited to one person, account, household, device, payment method, and shared network. BetMGM may withhold a bonus or associated promotional winnings where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate participation, coordinated play, false registration, risk-free betting patterns, or another form of promotion abuse.

BetMGM may amend or withdraw a promotion for future participation. A material change will not normally remove a valid benefit already completed in accordance with the applicable rules. Loyalty status and reward points do not represent cash unless the relevant BetMGM terms expressly state otherwise.

Responsible Gambling and Player Controls

BetMGM is strictly intended for players aged 21 and above. Each player is expected to maintain control over time and spending. Available controls may include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

A player who requests self-exclusion must not attempt to create another account or bypass the restriction. BetMGM may close linked accounts identified during the exclusion period. Where gambling causes financial stress, conflict, anxiety, or difficulty meeting daily responsibilities, the player should stop and seek appropriate support.

Account Suspension and Closure

A player may ask BetMGM to close an account, subject to settlement of outstanding wagers and completion of required checks. Account closure does not cancel obligations that arose before closure. Responsible gambling exclusions are handled separately and may remain effective for the selected period.

BetMGM may restrict, suspend, or close an account where there is suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, inaccurate registration information, payment misuse, legal risk, failure to complete verification, threat to platform security, or a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Where permitted and appropriate, legitimate remaining funds will be returned after outstanding wagers, valid adjustments, and compliance reviews are resolved. BetMGM may retain records after closure where required for security, dispute management, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Privacy, Intellectual Property, and Liability

BetMGM processes personal information for account administration, identity verification, payment processing, security, fraud prevention, responsible gambling, customer support, and service improvement. Further information about data use and player rights appears in the Privacy Policy.

The BetMGM website, logo, interface, written content, graphics, software, and platform arrangement are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Players receive a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable right to use the platform for permitted entertainment. Content may not be copied, sold, altered, republished, or commercially exploited without authorisation.

BetMGM aims to maintain reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network failure, device incompatibility, power interruption, payment provider delay, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, BetMGM is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unauthorised account sharing, player device failure, or use contrary to these terms.

Changes, Severability, and Contact

BetMGM may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, security practices, payment arrangements, legal obligations, or player-protection standards. The effective date will be revised when a material update is published. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted. A failure by BetMGM to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right. These terms represent the agreement concerning use of the platform together with incorporated policies and product-specific rules.
